Ahoy - lifebouy

Just a quick hello to see how you are all going. It's all go, go, go here, how 'bout you?

On our recent trip to the sea (on a reconnaissance trip to visit our 2nd caravan - more of that another time) we popped into a local garage sale. Good thing we did, because on the counter I spied these beauties.  Lifebuoy souvenirs of the voyage on 'SS Himalaya' P&O Lines, London 1961. Perfect for my sailor doll collection, and only $2 for the pair. Bargain!

Thanks for poppin in, have a wonderful weekend,  Tam x

Hi to you Treasured Past, just read your comment. Glad your watching Broadchurch, I am enjoying too, not too sure at first but got into it now.

My daughter and I did a bit of stalking when they were filming, which was great, its strange seeing the place you live on telly, but the locals dont speak with that awful accent theyve got them doing. The town bit where the newspaper office is and the house, is in Bristol and theyve joined it all together. Some of the cast and crew stayed at the hotel where I work. Nice to know its reached the other side of the world. Do you like our coastline, its pretty dramatic and wild sometimes. Will be following you too now. Julie xxx
