The Big Cleanout

With a new year comes new priorities. I have decided to have a big clean out and have listed some items on Ebay. I have way too much, our house and sheds are overflowing and now we are saving for our big trip to the UK in September.

Here's a peek of some of the items I have listed:

Its been a while since I've sold anything on Ebay, it took me forever to sort out the postage, I had to find boxes etc to work out the dimensions and weight. This time I have decided to sell Worldwide, so hoping all goes well.

I have added a button (top right) that links to my items if you are interested. O.k. enough of the plug, I'm off to tackle to shed for more treasures :)

Hey Tamara, Postage is the bane of online selling isn't it? I never get it quite right! Good luck with Ebay and I will be checking on your auctions - looks like some great stuff.
Happy New Year

Oh Tamara....HOW can you part with your Six Million Dollar Man & Bionic Woman flasks....?? You know I have had these & sold them again SEVERAL times now....STILL spewin' over selling my SMDM lunch box though 7 years ago.... ** sigh ** ....!!

DON'T FORGET if you're selling to the US, there is now an ADDITIONAL $9.00 charge for ALL parcels over 425g....I learnt this the HARD way with my recent giveaway after sending FIVE items OVER weight....hahahahahaha....WON'T do that again in hurry....!

NB: This is due to an explosion last year in the post so now all items OVER 425g are xrayed....BUGGER....!!

Hope you guys are having a WONDERFULLY DRY weekend....!

Cheers,
Tamarah :o)

@Shabby Vintage JunkThanks Tamarah, I didn't know that. I think it would be way easier to sell in Australia Only :)

good luck Tamara, another eBay tip, if I may.... check the cut off points for listing fees list for $49.99 instead of $50 and save .75c in listing fees !♥

I have had some cheeky people on E bay I sold a deco style chrome teapot, thinking it would look nice I put a china trio of a cup etc in the background guess what they expected to be in the parcel, even though there was no mention of any china. I now put a note at the bottom :)
I only sell in the U.K. but still had someone from Holland paying by paypal they do try it on.

Now for the good side you can make lots of money for your trip you just have to careful, going to take a peep at your auction now :)
