Can you have too many quilts??

I don't think so, do you? I found a couple of quilts the other day for a song and I couldn't pass them up. I also purchased a beautiful pink eiderdown (below) on ebay. Who could blame me, right?

Mr T doesn't agree, he has been grumbling about all the quilts we have, but never complains when he snuggles under one on the lounge :)

After following Alicia @ Time Worn Style advice, I checked in the dog blanket box at the local op shop (thrift store/charity shop) and lo and behold, I found this beauty below. Just needs a quick soak and a little repair here and there and it will be as good as new.

I know that its nearly time to pack them away, the warmer weather is starting to appear, but there is always next year.

Had my checkup yesterday at the hospital, they removed the stitches from my finger..ouch!..and my hand/arm is back in the cast/bandage for another 2 weeks....grr. I can't move my hand or fingers from the bone graft from my wrist which will take 3 months to heal. I am getting RSI in my left wrist, cut my legs trying to shave them and a bad back...hehe. Hope you are all feeling a lot better than I am. Its only going to get better from here I am sure :) Bye, Tamara

Hi Tamara, I don't think you can ever have too many quilts, I am just about to purchase another one. Unlike you, I am just getting all my quilts and snuggly eiderdowns out as the weather is getting colder. Hope your hand is better soon.
