We live in a 1920's Bungalow in a small country town in NSW Australia.

We have collected many wonderful items over the years. We enjoy swap meets, flea markets, trash and treasure, auctions and second hand shops.

It doesn't matter to me if our treasures are chipped, crazed or stained, I always say our house is the home of chipped china. I don't retouch or repair any of my items, I prefer them the way they are, I love the sense of history you get just from the rich patina or rub marks from hands.

Nothing in our home is too precious and our children are free to play or touch any of our collectables. To me, it is important to use and display the pieces that I love and a few more knocks and bruises just adds to the charm. After all, they were meant to be used.
